Devotional: The Greatest Gift We Could Ever Receive
Salvation is not something we earn. It is not something we could ever achieve by being “good enough.” Salvation is a gift an intentional, loving, priceless gift from God Himself.
From the very beginning, God desired to be close to us. He created us for relationship, for love, for intimacy with Him. But sin entered the world and created a distance a separation that we couldn’t fix on our own. Sin clouds our hearts, weighs our spirits, and tries to convince us that we’re too lost to be redeemed.
But God refused to let that be the end of our story.
Because of His great love, God chose salvation. He chose a way to bring us back to Him. And that way is Jesus Christ His perfect, sinless Son. Jesus did what we could not do: He lived without sin, and He willingly took on the punishment that sin brings. He stood in our place. He died for us so we could live truly live with God forever.
That is how deeply God loves you.
He sees you. He knows your struggles, your regrets, your fears and He still chooses you.
The Bible tells us, “God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”
(2 Peter 3:9)
His desire is not to judge you away from Him—but to welcome you home.
Today, you have a choice. Not a choice to be perfect. Not a choice to instantly have everything together. But a choice to say yes. Yes to Christ. Yes to forgiveness. Yes to a life filled with peace, purpose, and a love that never fails.
If you have never made that decision—or if your heart has wandered—this moment is for you.
Prayer: Lord Jesus, I give You my life. I believe You died for my sins and rose again to give me new life. I surrender my heart to You. Come into my life. Lead me. Change me. Restore me. Teach me to walk with You every day. Today, I choose You. Amen.
Your life will change. Not because everything suddenly becomes perfect……but because you will no longer walk alone.
God is with you. And you are His forever.

I accept the Lord Jesus Christ.
